Founded in 2003, Luoyang Hefeng Office Furniture Co.,Ltd is a professional manufacturer and exporter of Steel Locker, Metal Cupboard, Filing Cabinet, Workshop Storage Series, Steel Shelving, and some other related steel furniture in China.

In March 1999, we built a small workshop with 20 workers and one production line mainly manufacturing Metal Filing Cabinet.
In 2003, we registered our brand name and company official name as “Luoyang Hefeng Office Furniture Co., Ltd”.
In 2006, we set up our subsidiary company named “Luoyang Jin Feng Office Furniture Co., Ltd”, with the short name as “JF Furniture”, which is mainly handling the export business for the international market.
In 2009, JF Furniture became a fast-growing brand, we have 48 distributors all over China.
In 2012, JF Furniture became the market leader in China. With 368 Employees, we had exported to 87 countries all over the world.
In 2013, we set up a new powder painting line that is imported from Germany and equipped with advanced Swiss GEMA painting gun, which hugely improved the surface powder coating quality of steel furniture.
In 2014, we imported full sets of AMADA CNC punching machines, CNC bending machines and Laser Cutting machines from Japan. These imported machines have significantly enhanced our design capacity.
In 2015, we introduced another three sets of CNC bending machines from AMADA, one of which is upgraded with 9 axes that can almost bend any shape you could imagine.
In 2016, with the application of new manufacturing equipment – Automatic Feeder ASR2512N & Product Integration System VPSS, the work efficiency has been greatly improved. The factory realizes 24-hour unattended automatic production in material feeding, processing and changing.

We’ve brought 4 Salvagnini P2lean bending machines and invested in the 7S & lean management which help to improve production efficiency and ensure continuous improvement since 2018.
In 2021, Hefeng introduced more CNC equipment and laser welding machines, enlarging another 10,000㎡ areas and bringing in a new painting line to the newly established workshop.
In 2023, we built a new 3-layer workshop with a usable area of over 10,000 square meters. So far this year, we have six powder painting lines in total, and our monthly output reach to 65,000 pcs.
In 2024, we built a new factory with area of 100,000㎡, including 3 intelligent workshops equipped with advanced equipment and production lines.
