According to data from Chinese customs, in the first 10 months of 2024, China’s exports of furniture and its components reached RMB 390.446 billion, an increase of 8.8% compared to the same period last year. Among them, the export value of metal office furniture was RMB 6.12 billion, up 22% year-on-year.
The United States and Indonesia were the largest export destinations for this category, accounting for 28% and 6.4% of the total export value, respectively. Singapore, as the third-largest export destination for this category, saw a year-on-year growth of 55.8%. Mexico’s exports grew by 82.65% year-on-year, Germany’s by 56.67%, and the United States by 5.66%.
As a leading manufacture in the steel office furniture industry, Hefeng Group has continuously enhanced lean improvements, introduced advanced equipment, and optimized production lines, steadily increasing its production capacity. In 2024, the company’s foreign trade export value grew by 34% year-on-year.
In recent years, Hefeng Group has focused deeply on the steel office furniture field. With the vision of “building a century-old enterprise and creating a century-old brand,” the company has integrated research, production, and sales. While mass-producing basic steel lockers and storage cabinets, it has also continued to launch new products, such as workstations, home furniture, and outdoor cabinets, to meet the diverse needs of domestic and overseas customers.
Customers who have visited Hefeng Group are invariably impressed by the factory’s advanced equipment, including domestic intelligent spot welding machines, Japan’s AMADA intelligent bending machines, and Italy’s Salvagnini flexible bending machines, etc. These advanced machines provide a solid foundation for the accuracy and stability required for bulk orders. Additionally, the implementation of 7S management and lean improvements has further enhanced the company’s management standards, reduced waste, and achieved cost efficiency while boosting effectiveness.
The explosive growth in orders has brought both momentum and some pressure from backlog orders to Hefeng’s development. The Luoyang Smart Home Industrial Park project has provided an opportunity for Hefeng’s leapfrog development. From its commencement on January 1st, 2024, to its completion in late December, the new factory of Hefeng was officially put into operation after a year of construction. The new factory includes three intelligent workshops equipped with advanced equipment and production lines. Currently, the operational workshop can increase monthly production capacity by approximately 30,000 units.
As 2025 begins, the Hefeng team is full of confidence and looks forward to working with you to deliver high-quality products to more end customers.
